Each license applies to a specific project/use. If you want to use the same voice in a new project, you’ll need to purchase an additional license or option to extend.
The talent sets their own restrictions (e.g., “no political ads” or “no adult content”). These are visible in the marketplace and must be respected. You could require exclusive right for example whilst running a commercial that guarantees that the voice will not work with similar brands while your campaign is active.
